Five years ago when I walked into this house for the first time, my initial thought was it's too much house for you. I mean there are going to be three people living here, who needs over 4000 sq. ft., but man was I wrong. Fast forward to today and with the upgrades including the pristine tile flooring in the kitchen and the most amazing in-laid tile flooring with detail I've never seen.
This could be eat in kitchen made morning room boasts of so much natural light that during the day you really don't need lights on. I couldn't resist relaxing on these hand made couches by. I thought the kitchen was nice when they purchased this home, but they really have taken it up a notch.
This home really has provided an amazing opportunity to entertain with great flow into the dining room and great room. There were many a laughs shared over meals, music, and entertainment.
Overnight guests had plenty of room with four bedrooms on the second level and an unfinished walk up third floor that gave them ample room for growth.
So we've talked about the first second, and possible third floor but then there's the walk-out basement. This was "the" reason this house was "the" one. Perfect for the boomerang child, perfect for the in-laws who have made your home their "forever home". Adding an extra 1200+ square feet, this level includes both tile and carpet, creating a workout space and living/gameroom area.
