This month, we'll be introducing you to Kelly Tadlock of Provisions Gourmet. Kelly is a former yacht chef who wants to be closer to his family and home while growing his career. Kelly came to the seas after years of working in fine dining establishments, immersing himself in various cultures and cuisines as a personal chef for the yachting set. With two children, aged seven and nine, and a wife who worked full-time, he was finding it increasingly difficult to be away from home for extended periods of time. After 14 years as a chef in the yachting industry, they started their business "Provisions Gourmet", in the spring of 2021.
He now delivers the same spirit of adventure to every meal and catered occasion, inviting everyone to partake in the world's most daring cuisines without ever leaving the comfort of their own home. Their present concentration is on catering and private events, but they have recently developed a line of sauces and condiments that they plan to expand over time.
