The space
Our home just underwent a complete restoration, including all new plumbing, electrical, water heater, 2 zoned HVAC controlled by ecobee thermostats + mini split (each floor has it's own heat and AC!), and brand new appliances in the kitchen. The floors and stairwell were refinished and came out lovely! We have fully stocked the kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware.

Our front porch is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon drink in one of the rocking chairs. We've added some cafe lights that you can plug in as desired.

On the 1st floor, you will find a large living area, a parlor for afternoon drinks, dining area with kids table, bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and the laundry closet. The 3rd floor is our finished attic and has 2 twin beds and a full bed. It's an open space cooled and heated with its own mini split HVAC system.

We are currently planning to re-do the backyard and will add pictures when we do. We are on the hunt for perfect weber propane grill that will be available before summer!
